Our Commitment to You
At VINE LUXURY HAIR EXTENSIONS, our mission is to deliver premium-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, our exchange policy is designed to assist you.
Exchange Eligibility
Product Condition:
Hair extensions must be in their original, unused, and unaltered state. We are unable to accept exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, cut, colored, or otherwise modified.
Packaging:
Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and security seals in tact.
Timeframe:
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
How to Request an Exchange
- Submit a Request:
SEND AN EMAIL to the VINE LUXURY HAIR EXTENSION customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and your reason for the request. - Get Approval:
Once your request is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. - Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as VINE LUXURY HAIR EXTENSIONS is not liable for lost or damaged returns. - Inspection & Processing:
Returned items will be inspected to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. This process may take up to 30 business days.
Exchange Options
After approval, you can choose to:
- Exchange for the same product (of less or equal value) in a different length, color, or texture (subject to availability), or
- Receive a store credit equal to the value of the returned item(s), which can be applied to a future purchase.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Sale or clearance merchandise
- Custom or special orders
- Opened or used products
Additional Information
- Exchanges may be denied if returned items do not meet our eligibility requirements.
- Any price difference will be charged or credited accordingly.
- If your requested exchange item is out of stock, we will offer alternative options.
